What kind of packing materials do you use?
Our moving company provides its movers with excellent quality packing supplies, including tapes, straps, sturdy boxes, bubble wraps, stretch wraps, packing paper, moving blankets, or any specialized materials we need for packing your belongings and ensuring their maximum safety.
Can you pack fragile or specialty items, such as glassware, artwork, or antiques?
We are professionals in packing fragile items and pack them with utmost care and respect. Our packers take extra care with packing glassware, artwork, antiques, sensitive electronic equipment or any other items that need special handling. We also label these items separately so we know how to handle them after packing and not damage anything.
Do you offer customized packing?
Yes, we can offer specialized packing supplies for different kinds of items that come in different shapes and sizes (pianos, pool tables, artwork, TV sets…). This packing material usually includes sturdier boxes and extra padding materials.
Can you provide packing services the day before the move, or is it done on the same day?
This depends on the volume and the complexity of the move – for a large-scale move (an entire house, apartment, or office,) we usually come the day before the move to prepare everything for the moving day, but if you need to pack and move one or a few items we can finish both packing and moving on the same day.
Can you pack and move outdoor furniture, appliances, and other exterior items?
Yes, our movers are equipped to dismantle and disassemble common outdoor furniture, hot tubs, and small sheds for better packing. We can also pack and move grills, garden sets, power tools, or any other objects that can be found in your yard.
Is insurance included when you pack my things?
Our moving company provides basic insurance for our basic packing and moving services. However, if you want some additional insurance, in case you are moving items of great material or emotional value, we recommend you take additional insurance for your peace of mind.
